LUNCH CRUNCH

This 45 minute hot power flow is geared toward the yogi on a time crunch looking to build core strength & heat the body. Together we will move through an active flow with concentrated core exercises meant to develop awareness of the power that lies in the center of the body. All levels of yogis are welcome, and are encouraged to work at their own pace. Expect to advance strength and support in the deep core muscles while moving to an upbeat playlist, leaving you energized and ready to take on the rest of your busy day!
