with Sarah at Healium Hot Yoga

Sarah, eRYT500, YACEP, is pleased to offer one-on-one apprenticeship and mentoring for yoga teachers.

APPRENTICESHIP

25 Hour Program
Qualifies for continuing education hours with Yoga Alliance

• Class observation (participants attend a minimum of 6 classes taught by Sarah at Healium Hot Yoga, included in cost)

• Private instruction and critique on theme development, sequencing, language, delivery and more

• Hands-on assists/adjustment techniques

• Anatomy for yoga postures

• Opportunity to teach “semi-private” by-donation classes at a Healium studio and receive feedback + detailed critique; all donations received will benefit Healium Hot Yoga’s Teacher Training Scholarship fund.

Cost: $800

Schedule: by appointment.
All apprentice critique and instruction will be one-on-one via Zoom, phone call or in-person meeting.
Apprenticeship must be completed within 6 consecutive months.

MENTORING

60-90 Minute Sessions
Does not qualify for continuing education hours with Yoga Alliance

• Receive feedback for class sequences

• Prepare for job interviews at yoga studios/fitness facilities

• Resume assistance

• Help with class development

• Working with specialty students (those with injuries, extra needs, etc.)

• Developing and implementing a private client business

• Other professional development needs by request 

Cost: $150/Session

Schedule: by appointment.
