“I started my yoga adventure a total unbendable, rigid novice. Finding Sarah's public classes was the first step in helping me overcome my fear of self. I immediately became addicted to her gently heated power hour classes because of her straight forward, make-ya-sweat approach. She is a calm force, enthusiastic and intensely dedicated to her craft. When I was recovering from a half a year away from yoga because of a back injury and surgery, I was gifted a few months of reintroduction classes, one-on-one with Sarah. She went above and beyond helping set specific routines to help my recovering body find mobility again. Sarah went as far to do independent research into my ailments and enthusiastically coached me back to practice. I would suggest that anyone looking for private classes reach out to Sarah.
