Gently Heated Slow Flow

GENTLY HEATED SLOW FLOW


Slow Flow yoga is all about intentionally slowing down and focusing on the mind-body connection. During this class, you will focus on slowing down the pace of your breath in conjunction with slowing down the pace of your movements. Poses will be held longer, taking several rounds of breath in each pose, rather than moving one breath per movement. Slow Flow will challenge you to improve your strength, flexibility, balance, and mindfulness. All levels are welcome.
