Yoga Lifestyle Immersion

Go beyond the basics with Healium Yoga’s 50 hour Yoga Lifestyle Immersion Program. Learn asana alignment for your body, develop personal meditation and pranayama practices, learn the fundamentals of Ayurveda and how to create and sequence a home, whole-body practice for your health and well-being.

This is a non-teacher track educational program for students who crave deeper knowledge about yoga for their own self-study. No quizzes, no exams! The intimate setting in Healium Hot Yoga-Bay View’s Cozy Studio and the small class size will enable you to receive individual attention from instructors Sarah Filzen and Heather Burkart, plus give you the chance to build community with like-minded students. The 20-week, 2.5 hour/night class schedule will enable you the time to absorb material and the space for questions to be discussed and answered.

Modules include Asana: Standing and Seated, Backbends, Twists, Arm Balances, Inversions and Sun Salutations; Ayurveda; Meditation; Pranayama and creating a personalized home practice. Classes run Thursday evenings, 6:00-8:30 pm January 11th through May 30th, with one week off on March 28th for Spring Break.
