HHY KARMA YOGA CLASS

Join Healium Hot Yoga for a 100% donation class one Friday every month! All levels welcome. This month’s Karma Class is April 19th @ 5:45 PM with ME!

Start your weekend off right by doing something great for your mind and body while also giving back. All proceeds will benefit a Second Hand Purrs. Second Hand Purrs is a No Kill cat shelter located in Milwaukee. It will be an all-animal themed class with an accompanying playlist - heavy on the cat poses and cat tunes.
