Join us for a very special event to usher in the Spring Equinox on Sunday March 19th, 1:00-2:30 pm at Healium Hot Yoga. We will practice a Half Mala (54 Sun Salutations) led by Healium’s Sarah Filzen, accompanied by live acoustic music in the studio from Dead Horses’ Sarah Vos.

Dead Horses is a nationally acclaimed band from Milwaukee. Their breakthrough 2018 album, My Mother The Moon, found the band lauded by NPR, Rolling Stone, Noisey, Billboard and more for their intimate, folk-inspired songs. Their latest LP Brady Street was released this past August.

This will be a non-heated event.
