Can’t make it at 4:00? All registrations will receive a link to the class recording which will be available for 24 hours so you can practice (or slam-dance) at your own desired time.

$10 donation with the option to pay $15, $20 or $25.

Proceeds from every event each month are donated to a different charity. In lieu of the virus, Healium and X-Ray will be the charities.

The class will be hosted on Zoom: make sure to have Zoom downloaded to your mobile device or laptop/desktop. Link to the class will arrive to your inbox 30-60 minutes prior to class start. This link will come from “FitGrid” - make sure to check your inbox and/or spam box!
