Join us at Healium Hot Yoga for an invigorating Yoga Mala on New Years Day - January 1 - from 11am until 1pm to help ring in the new year!

We will move together to complete 108 Sun Salutations, all linked with beautiful breath. This fun and energizing practice is a long-standing favorite of the Healium community! A great way to come together and begin the new year with intention surrounded by community.
