“Sarah's attention to form and function and her knowledge of human anatomy lend a safe environment to push boundaries without fear of injury. Her cueing is clear and concise. Sarah has a deep understanding of the history of yoga and its traditions. I'm learning not only how to move my body, but why. Sarah's warmth and genuine love of teaching shine through on and off the mat.”

"It never ceases to amaze and impress me that Sarah is able to keep her virtual classes so varied. I never sense a rotation or pattern. Her commitment and love of the form are evident and also impressive." -W.K.
"This was the best private session to date! I drove home feeling like I was on a cloud. I feel so incredibly loose. These sessions were tailored for me: balanced all of the doshas and helped me work me through pre and post marathon."

"This YTT experience is the first time I've allowed myself to learn organically rather than forcing a ton of study and memorization, which for me is just superficial learning and a stressful process to boot. I love the way this program is designed with the "guided study" (what I've taken to calling our quizzes), flexibility and accommodations (when I've asked), and the way we're given freedom of creativity in our assignments (and the way we're critiqued).”
